Terms and Conditions:

*Minimum of 15 people for each birthday package type.  Age group is open from 2yrs-99yrs.

Deposit of $60 secures booking. Balance of payment due on or before first guests arrival. Many undercover areas available, but in event of heavy rain deposit can be transferred to another date. *^Choice of animals with Keepers approval.  Private Show and Experience times discussed with host upon arrival. ^Minimum of 15 food and beverage packages total per order. ** ** No Koala birthday party bookings are available weekends of New South Wales school holidays or Public Holidays.

Must be booked 7 days in advance. Your booking will be confirmed when you receive a confirmation email from us (normally withing 48 hours).
